Why partner with WeFoundYou!?

WeFoundYou partners with local notaries and signing agents to ensure that Letters of Agreement (LOAs) and follow-up documentation are handled accurately, securely, and in full compliance with state rules. By collaborating with us you help clients finalize claims smoothly while growing an additional revenue stream for your practice.

How the partnership works — simple steps

Step 1 — LOA PreparationWe provide a standardized LOA template and client packet. You verify identity and witness signatures per notarial requirements, ensuring the client understands and signs the agreement correctly.

Step 2 — Secure Signing

As the notary or signing agent, you execute the notarization according to state law. We accept in-person notarizations and, where permitted, remote online notarization (RON).

Step 3 — Documentation Follow-Up

You can assist clients with additional paperwork (ID copies, signed authorization, or agency-specific forms). Alternatively, we can collect documents electronically — whichever method you prefer.

Disclosures, compliance & best practices

We operate under state licensing guidelines and expect our notary partners to follow all applicable laws, including identity verification and notarial record keeping. We do not request that notaries perform tasks outside their legal authorities. All client data is handled securely and only used for the purpose of claim verification and submission.

How you’ll be compensated

We offer a transparent fee schedule for notarizations and additional administrative work. For referring notaries who introduce clients to WeFoundYou!, we maintain an agreed referral arrangement described in our partner addendum. Payment terms and commission details are provided in the partner agreement.

We’re expanding — partner coverage areas

WeFoundYou! is actively expanding in select counties and municipalities. As we grow, we’re partnering with notaries and signing agents to ensure coverage across service areas. If you’re interested in representing your county, we’ll prioritize local partners for client referrals and admin support.

Quick note: We do not share client contact details publicly. All referrals are routed securely and only after clients provide consent.
